On 8–9 June, the FRIIV Volunteer Managers Network event took place at the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), bringing together 15 experts in volunteer management and the inclusion of refugee women.

Through discussions, exchanges of experiences, and collaborative working sessions, participants explored the challenges and opportunities involved in engaging female refugees in volunteering.

Their insights and recommendations will contribute directly to the development of the training programme that FRIIV will deliver to support volunteer managers working with female refugees.
